Engagement

These terms govern engagements between you and Shahab Abbasi - Digital Marketing Agency. Statements of work supersede general terms where they conflict.

Deliverables and timelines

Deliverables, timelines, and KPIs are documented in your statement of work. Realistic ROI requires consistent execution and timely client input.

Liability

Our liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We do not guarantee specific search rankings beyond contracted milestones.

Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Pre-paid fees are refunded pro rata if no work has been delivered for that period.
